We currently accept payments via credit card and PayPal. PayPal is free to sign-up and you can attach any credit card to your PayPal account such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. Payments are instant with PayPal and orders are processed within 24 hours.
What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. We do not store your FULL credit card information EVER. Only the last 4 digits are used to process and fulfill your order, plus to notify you of your order status. Furthermore we WILL never disclose any payment or credit card information to any 3rd party.
We use a Secure Server for collecting personal and credit card information. The secure server layer (SSL) encrypts all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the internet and sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.
Will Finger Lakes Apparels disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
Finger Lakes Apparel does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
Finger Lakes Apparel may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of Finger Lakes Apparel, our users, or others.
Returns and Exchanges
The fastest way to request a return for a refund or exchange is to use the contact for or simply e-mail us at email@example.com.
We accept returns and exchanges of clean, unwashed, and unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase for exchange of an item of equal or lesser value (less shipping costs).
When returning an item for exchange, please include the original packing slip. We also would appreciate it if you could include a brief description of the item and return. This could be a simple note stating what item you received, why you are returning it, and what you would like in exchange. If your address has changed please include that information as well. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so you might want to add a tracking number to protect yourself from any shipping errors. Any price differentials will be charged/credited to your Credit Card or original form of payment (no cash refunds). Exchanges are typically processed on the next business day.

Risk of Loss:
If an item is lost in shipping, the customer must cover the shipping costs of the goods. The Title of all goods transfer to the customer at the point of destination.
